Fitness Assessment/Exercise Prescription– This assessment will rank you in the basic components of fitness- body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility. Once your current levels are determined, you will be given a personalized exercise plan tailored to meet your goals and needs.
Program Design- This service includes a written workout plan with exercise demonstrations and technique specifications performed in person or by Zoom.
Personal Training- Maximize your potential with an individualized workout regimen that will be challenging and effective.
Fitness Classes- Classes offer a great way to have fun and feel the burn! Whether you want to focus on cardiovascular activity to strengthen the heart and burn calories, strengthening exercises to develop shapely muscles and build lean muscle, or stretch and lengthen to enhance flexibility and balance, there is a class for you! Just get a group together at your church, work, or in your neighborhood.
